MEMBER SPOTLIGHT : julie desa lorenzMeet Julie, a 3 with a 4 wing, who found the Enneagram 15 years ago through a Catholic nun who had been trained in the program. Julie values introspection and self-discovery and feels that "to find a tribe which cares deeply about themselves, their self-awareness and self-improvement, and their capacity to increase their compassion for their neighbor is to find my family." Julie uses the tools of Enneagram at her company, Olis, to empower her team to see themselves more clearly, and to further their success and growth. Julie has studied with many Enneagram teachers and says "Now, to have an IEA chapter in my home state is perfect!" She hopes one day "to write a book either explicitly about the Enneagram or with reference to it, contributing to our mission of universal use of this powerful tool of compassion to self and others."
