What Works at Work - - Using the Enneagram for Maximum Personal, Team and Organizational Effectiveness
Special Guests: Tony E. Holmes and Monirah Womack
The Enneagram is particularly well suited for transformational change and personal, professional and organization growth. Indeed, businesses and teams thrive when their organization developmental initiatives synergistically also develop their people, who possess unique and varied motivations, communication styles, priorities and capacities to contribute.
Join our session facilitators to hear their personal stories and "lessons learned" of how they simultaneously used the Enneagram for personal growth and development of individuals, teams, leaders, businesses and clients. Particular emphasis and interactive activity will be on identifying the motivators, tendencies and barriers of different types within the critical areas of communication and teamwork.
This session will be facilitated by IEA Georgia members Tony Holmes and Monirah Womack, both Certified Enneagram in Business Trainers. Monirah is also certified in the Narrative Tradition - if you were able to attend the October 2017 event, you experienced the narrative style hearing from a panel who shared insights of their intellectual center and type. Both Tony and Monirah are accomplished business professionals with significant and varied experience using the Enneagram in the corporate, HR, consulting and personal and business advisory settings.
